Danielle Sivert is an associate in Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton’s National Insurance Coverage Group, where she concentrates on first- and third-party insurance coverage matters, including environmental and toxic tort matters.

Ms. Sivert joined Nelson Levine while earning her law degree. During this time, she assisted the Nelson Levine partner serving as head of a national coordinating counsel team for climate change coverage issues, and contributed to a major victory for insurers in the first climate change liability insurance coverage case.  In addition to her experience in numerous complex coverage matters, Ms. Sivert has successfully handled cases involving bad faith, fraud, rescission and excess/primary insurer relations.
