Specific experience includes, obtaining first-chair jury trial defense verdict for Fortune 500 retail corporation, first-chair jury trial defense verdict for large Missouri company, summary judgment in favor of Kansas business client in mass tort action, and first-chair arbitration award for respondent-insurer client.
