Sink, Ryan Patrick

Evan Singer has experience in a variety of areas involving complex commercial litigation, particularly in cases involving federal and state securities laws, shareholder derivative litigation, subprime mortgage servicing, the False Claims Act, directors' and officers' insurance, and bankruptcy.

Evan has served as the court-appointed "coordinating counsel" for the defendants in a statewide consolidated proceeding regarding the servicing of subprime mortgage loans. He has counseled clients with their director and officer liability insurance and indemnification programs as well. With a background in aviation, Evan also has experience representing major U.S. airlines and their employees in regulatory matters. He is currently representing the manager of regulatory compliance at a major U.S. airline who is accused of being "too cozy" with federal regulators and a major U.S. airline in connection with five cases in which the FAA is seeking approximately $7.1 million in civil penalties.

Evan is a graduate of the Dallas Business Committee for the Arts Leadership Arts Program and serves on the board of directors of Big Thought, A Learning Partnership. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Lawyer Pilots Bar Association.
