Mr. Huberman is a partner in the Subrogation Department. He exclusively devotes his practice to the prosecution of complex insurance subrogation matters involving products failures, fires and explosions, construction defects, water damages, structural collapses, transit and maritime claims.
Mr. Huberman is a member of the bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York but practices throughout the United States utilizing the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation Department. Mr. Huberman also regularly serves as an arbitrator in the Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County.
Mr. Huberman received his B.A., cum laude, from West Chester University in 1995 and his J.D. in 1999 from Western New England College School of Law.
