Michelle is an associate lawyer with Krylov & Company. She practices civil litigation mainly in the areas of personal injury and insurance litigation for cases that involve motor vehicle accidents, disability insurance, occupier liability and wrongful death. Michelle is known is to go above and beyond for her clients in order to ensure their best interests are protected. She believes in meeting client expectations and will exercise great care in the management of their files.
In addition to her legal pursuits, Michelle is a strong advocate for social justice, environmental issues and animal welfare. When she was a student at Osgoode Hall Law School, Michelle received the Dean's Gold Key for excellent leadership and noteworthy accomplishments, as well as, the Legal and Literary Society Award for significant leadership & notable contributions. Prior to law school, Michelle obtained a double honours degree in Political Science and History as well a Masters degree at York University.
Currently, Michelle is a mentor in the Osgoode Mentorship Program and on her free time provides pro bono services to various social justice organizations. As well, Michelle is currently Chair of the New Lawyers Division of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and is on the executive of the Ontario Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division as Program Coordinator and she also serves as Education Officer at the Climate Change Lawyer’s Network.
