Sims, W. David

Stephanie L. Simon is a graduate of Miami University, where she served as Executive Vice President of the Student Body, and Case Western Reserve University School of Law. After graduation from Case Western, Ms. Simon accepted a clerkship at the Eleventh District Court of Appeals. During her time at the Court of Appeals, Ms. Simon worked closely with the court's Appellate Mediator, co-conducting numerous appellate mediations. In October 2009, Ms. Simon completed the mediation training program presented by the Ashtabula County Joint Mediation Project.

Upon completion of her clerkship, Ms. Simon began working at Rawlin Gravens Co., L.P.A. Ms. Simon's practice focuses on a variety of areas of civil litigation including: premises liability, insurance coverage, insurance defense and appellate practice; commercial leasing and commercial landlord/tenant matters.
