Sims, David J

James Hsiung's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advice to foreign and domestic companies and private equity investors. His transactional experience includes asset acquisitions and divestitures, public and private mergers, restructurings, joint ventures, corporate governance, entity formations, capital raising, and general corporate matters. He has represented clients in a wide variety of industries, including building products, consumer goods, chemicals, biotechnology, staffing, and retail.

Prior to practicing law, James served as the fleet and property leasing manager at Lincare, one of the largest home health care providers in the United States. In this capacity, he managed the life-cycle processes for more than 800 commercial properties and more than 2,000 vehicle units nationwide.

James serves on the Standing Committee of the National Association of Chinese Americans and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
