Christopher M. Howdeshell practices primarily in the area of eminent domain. He was previously a law clerk for the 10th Chancery Court District and also practices in the areas of estate litigation, land boundary and access disputes, as well as other areas of real estate litigation, contract litigation and general defense. He has lectured on boundary law and litigation for The Mississippi Surveyors and on eminent domain and road and access law the for National Business Institute and others. Mr. Howdeshell is a member of The Mississippi Bar Association, the South Central Mississippi Bar Association and the International Right of Way Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Furman University in 1993, and his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi in 1997. Mr. Howdeshell was admitted to all State and Federal Courts in Mississippi and the Fifth Circuit in 1997, and the United States Tax Court in 2010.
