Benjamin Signer is from East Tennessee and graduated with honors from The University of Tennessee with degrees in political science and economics. While an undergraduate, he served as a legislative intern with the Tennessee General Assembly and as a Baker Scholar with the Howard Baker Center for Public Policy. Mr. Signer graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law and was an active member of the Tennessee Law Review and the Federalist Society. His publication credits include: Explosive Trace Detection Searches in Airports, 4 Baker Journal of Public Policy 116 (2012) and Article V Constitutional Conventions: A Primer, 78 Tennessee Law Review 663 (2011). Mr. Signer is an Eagle Scout and a member of the Franklin Noon Rotary Club and Cornerstone Presbyterian Church. He enjoys reading, biking, cooking, gardening, and hiking.
