Raquel Howard is a family law associate attorney at Boyd Contreras, APC. Ms. Howard’s practice areas include dissolution, child custody and visitation, and spousal support.

Ms. Howard obtained her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in San Diego, and is a member of the California State Bar and the San Diego County Bar Association. While attending school, Ms. Howard gained experience through an internship in property and family law at Boyd Contreras, APC, as well working for the Department of Justice and at the Law Offices of Debra Scheufler.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Howard graduated from the Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
