DAVE HOROWITZ has a natural eye for detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.  Prior to obtaining his law degree, Mr. Horowitz sharpened both of these skills by working as a technical writer for IBM and ManTech and as a licensed pilot.  Mr. Horowitz now applies these skills to representing clients at HMG, both inside and outside of the courtroom.

Mr. Horowitz has considerable litigation experience in family law matters in Northern Virginia courts, including custody, visitation, equitable distribution, and child and spousal support.  Mr. Horowitz is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Fairfax Bar Association.  Mr. Horowitz received his B.A. in English from James Madison University, his M.S. in Technical Communication from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and his law degree from George Mason University School of Law.  Mr. Horowitz grew up on Falls Church and is a lifelong resident of Fairfax County.  He currently resides in Annandale with his wife and their twin boys.
