Experienced Representation
At my law office, you can be confident that you are in the hands of experienced professionals. I have more than 35 years of experience in estate and probate law. I have helped thousands of clients with their estate planning goals and probated hundreds of estates.
In addition to my Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University, I have earned a law degree and an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Florida. The LL.M. is an advanced degree held by a limited number of attorneys. My knowledge of tax law is a decided advantage to clients seeking to minimize their exposure to federal and state estate taxes and estate income taxes.
I have two wonderful assistants that offer more than 50 years of combined experience. Kay Lasky has been handling estate and probate matters for more than 30 years. Annette Kirk is highly trained in real estate matters, which can be of great assistance in estate and probate cases.

My office staff and I work hard to provide a welcoming office atmosphere to each of our clients. We believe it is important to provide clients with compassion and warmth.
