Arthur Horn is a Princeton University graduate and received his JD from Harvard University Law School in 1960. He was licensed to practice law in 1961. Mr. Horn’s two-volume Residential Real Estate Law and Practice in New Jersey, now in its 5th edition, has shaped the standard of practice for real estate transactions statewide. An active practitioner in real estate, estate planning and administration for more than 40 years, he has chaired the Real Property Probate & Trust Law Section of the NJ State Bar Association, and received the Distinguished Service Award of the NJ Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Since 1979, he has provided expert testimony in cases of real estate legal malpractice. He currently serves on the NJ Supreme Court Ethics Committee District V-C. He continues to practice Real Estate, Estate Planning and Administration and provides expert reports and testimony in legal malpractice cases involving Real Estate. He operates his own law firm Arthur S. Horn, P.A. and is Of Counsel to the law firm of Iacullo Martino, LLC.
