Siegel, Steven S.

Forest joined Martin & Jones in 1997. He graduated from the Campbell University School of Law in 1989 and spent the first seven years of his career practicing law with a large North Carolina firm mainly defending civil lawsuits. With the experience he gained from defending lawsuits, Forest now represents people who have been severely injured due to the carelessness of others. Forest has obtained verdicts or negotiated settlements on behalf of his clients from major corporations in the asbestos, pharmaceutical, medical and trucking industries. Forest continues to handle a wide variety of cases; including product liability claims, professional negligence claims and wrongful death claims.

He and his wife live in Raleigh with their daughter and two sons.
