Over the past 25 years I have had the opportunity to approach bankruptcy law from a number of varied and valuable perspectives. I formerly served as a judicial Law Clerk to a United States Bankruptcy Judge and also was a member of the Panel of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees for the Eastern District of Tennessee. In addition, I worked as a bankruptcy attorney for both the FDIC and local lending institutions.
