Beth has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 2008. She came to Watts Guerra Craft in 2012 after a distinguished career handling real estate litigation, family law, probate law, civil defense, estate planning, and more. She is the attorney department head for the new case intake division of the firm's Mass Torts Department in San Antonio, Texas. Beth focuses her practice on mass action and class action litigation, working directly with clients on their claims every day.

Beth previously worked for Reese & Escobar, LLP in Gonzales, Texas, Gunty & McCarthy in Chicago, Illinois, and Kalcheim, Schatz & Berger in Chicago, Illinois. It was in Chicago that Beth was first exposed to working on toxic tort and mass action claims. She has also worked for ProDoc (a Thomson Reuters company) to ensure accuracy in their legal documents.
