Mr. Hollis is experienced in the areas of general civil litigation, appellate practice, and zoning and planning. Mr. Hollis's litigation practice especially engages in trials of complex corporate, contract, zoning, and real estate matters. He practices in a broad range of areas including corporate and business planning; commercial and residential real estate; as well as counseling clients with respect to developing, constructing, financing and structuring real estate investments. He has handled zoning applications for, among others, large warehouse operations, golf course developments, golf driving ranges, assisted living/nursing home projects, fire districts, garden centers, museums and residential subdivisions. Mr. Hollis has also had successful results in maintaining civil rights actions on behalf of clients under Section 1983 of the United States Code. Mr. Hollis has served as the Chairman of the Board of the Northern Westchester Hospital Center of which he is an Honorary Trustee. He is a past president of the Northern Westchester Bar Association, member of the New York State and Westchester County Bar Associations; and Past President of the Westchester County Bar Foundation. He had served on the Board of the Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester; and was Chairman of the Citizens' Facility Advisory Committee of the Bedford Central School District.
