Joshua Shillair clerked with the Michigan Tax Tribunal while in law school, writing dozens of orders and opinions for Tribunal Members. Joshua also completed an externship with the Michigan Court of Appeals in the Prehearing Division. For 2 1/2 years, Joshua worked for the Michigan Tax Tribunal as a Hearing Referee, conducting hearings and writing opinions deciding cases before the Tribunal. Joshua recently became of counsel for Randall P. Whately, PLLC. In addition to extensive property tax experience, Joshua has experience in construction lien and real property law as well as civil motion practice.
