Victoria Holland's practice covers a variety of litigation matters in both federal and state courts.  She has assisted in the representation of pharmaceutical manufacturers, international financial institutions, credit reporting services, software publishers, and numerous other corporate clients.

Victoria's substantive experience includes a range of commercial litigation matters involving breach of contract, copyright infringement, antitrust, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, negligent misrepresentation, professional malpractice, and premises liability actions.

Victoria also has an active pro bono practice, including representing an asylum seeker before the U.S. Department of Justice Immigration Court and a prison inmate in a 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action involving unconstitutional conditions of confinement and denial of serious medical needs before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Victoria is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Chicago Bar Association.
