Shevlin, Brian Charles

Keith Shepherd is the managing partner of the personal injury and wrongful death division of White & Shepherd, LLP.  Keith is a graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law where he achieved Magna Cum Laude honors.  Following law school, Keith spent the first eight years of his law practice working for a prestigious downtown Portland law firm where he handled a wide variety of litigation and business matters. Keith has years of experience successfully handling a variety of complex legal matters. In particular, Keith has successfully handled thousands of personal injury and wrongful death cases through settlement negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.  Keith has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of injured clients through settlements, mediations, arbitrations and judgments.

Keith is a member in good standing with the Oregon State Bar, the Multnomah County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the US District Court for the District of Oregon.  Keith is dedicated to providing his clients with reliable, competent, and zealous legal representation.

Keith believes strongly in working with clients in a cooperative manner so that the clients’ goals can be achieved on the clients’ terms. Keith believes the law is a creative process, and he takes great pleasure inn educating clients regarding the law so that innovative and effective strategies can be born and exectued.  This allows clients to participate in the decision making process and understand why specific courses of action are being suggested or sought.

Keith is a member of the Oregon State Bar and the Multnomah County Bar Association. In addition, Keith is admitted to practice law in the US District Court for the District of Oregon.
