Lawrence Shepps is Of Counsel to the Firm's Real Estate Department where he advises and represents clients in all aspects of transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing and licensing of commercial real estate properties and interests therein. Representative clients include owners of shopping centers, office buildings, multifamily and mixed-use properties throughout the US., as well, purchasers and sellers of development rights in NYC. Mr. Shepps' experience incorporates the development and negotiation of telecommunications license agreements and building access agreements, having represented major New York and national developers in numerous portfolio wide transactions.
Mr. Shepps is a cum laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (BA, 1991), and a graduate of Brooklyn Law School (JD, 1998). Mr. Shepps was admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey and is a member of the Real Property Law Sections of both the New York State Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association.
