LISA B. HOGAN is in private practice and specializes in the areas of complex business litigation, administrative law, and government / nonprofit / foundation affairs.  She has represented and counseled  corporations, governments, nonprofits and individuals in a wide array of civil, policy and compliance matters.

Ms. Hogan is a former Trial Attorney with the New York and Miami offices of the law firm of Hughes Hubbard & Reed (1989 - 1993); Federal Prosecutor/Assistant United States Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice (1994 - 1998); Corporate Counsel for BellSouth Corporation (1998 - 1999); and General Counsel for the Deaf Services Bureau of South Florida (2000 - 2002).         

Ms. Hogan earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law, her Masters Degree in Public Administration from Harvard University - John F. Kennedy School of Government, and her B.B.A. in Finance and International Business from the University of Texas at Austin.  She served as the Chairperson of the Professional Interest Council at Harvard's Center for Business and Goverment (2001 - 2002). She also received a John S. and James L. Knight Foundation Fellowship in Community Building (2004 - 2005) where her research focused on public/private partnerships, Corporate Social Responsibility, equitable development, and urban redevelopment.
