Paul Hoffman is a partner in our Land & Resources and Health Care Practice Groups. Mr. Hoffman's primary practice is concentrated in commercial real estate, focusing on land acquisition, financing and development, utility installation siting and development, easement law, commercial leasing, construction contracting, real estate-secured financing and commercial and residential condominiums. Mr. Hoffman coordinated the efforts of the real estate team on the formation of an independent electric transmission company, which involved the transfer of ownership interests in several hundred properties and assignment of approximately 20,000 easements from the six contributors to the new company. Mr. Hoffman prepared drafts of the various real estate transfer and assignment documents used in the transaction and prepared the request for proposals used to select the title insurance company for the transaction.

Mr. Hoffman has also coordinated real estate services for a Milwaukee-based logistics company in acquisition, leasing and construction of real property and buildings in Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky and Utah.
