Michael was born in Tucson, AZ in 1969. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a B.A. in Government. He then went to St. Mary's University for Law School and graduated in 1994. Since graduation Michael has focused his practice on Personal Injury Litigation and Real Estate Transactions. He has handled thousands of personal injury cases, ranging from car accidents to pharmaceutical class actions. He is also a licensed escrow officer and is a fee attorney for First Western Title. The firm has two closing offices, one in Dallas and the other in Houston. Michael is married to Shannon Daly Hoffman and has two children Jacob and Daly.
