Tom Shea joined the Sanchez Law Firm in August of 2010. He practices primarily family law and criminal defense.
Tom was born and raised in Northampton, Massachusetts. He graduated from Northampton High School (’02) and Ithaca College (’06). At Ithaca, Tom studied business and writing, graduating summa cum laude and Valedictorian (School of Business).
While at LSU Law, Tom helped found the International Law Society. Tom also worked as a research clerk for the Capital Jury Project and as a publications intern with the LSU Press. As a third-year law student, Tom wrote for and edited LSU Law’s annual “Assault and Flattery” comedy show.
Tom currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Southwest Louisiana Arts and Humanities Council. Tom is also an active member of Family Law Section of the Southwest Louisiana Bar Association. “
