Chris Hodson represents employers in all aspects of employment law, including actions involving employment discrimination claims, wrongful discharge and retaliation claims, wage and hour class actions, actions involving trade secrets and employee raiding, and matters relating to unfair competition claims based on California Business and Professions Code Section 17200. In addition, Chris has experience advising retailers and other businesses on public accommodation access laws, including Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. He also develops, reviews, and implements personnel policies and handbooks for local and national companies.
