Adam Shamir joined Stok Folk + Kon as an Associate in 2012 after graduating Summa Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. Adam served as a Senior Editor of the Nova Law Review. While attending law school, he interned for the Honorable Raymond B. Ray, Bankruptcy Judge. Adam received his baccalaureate degree from the University of Florida, graduating cum laude, where he majored in political science and minored in economics.
Born in Israel, Adam migrated to the United States with his family when he was a child. He speaks Hebrew fluently as a result of his Israeli roots. An avid athlete and sports fan, Adam excels in both the courtroom and on the basketball court. His competitive nature and analytical skills are devoted to the practice of bankruptcy law, commercial litigation, creditor’s rights and appellate litigation. Adam is dedicated to fulfilling his clients’ needs in the most expedient and cost effective way.
