Shapiro, Jacob

Lipi Shah is an associate in the Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2010.

Past Experience

During graduate school, Ms. Shah completed summer internships at WilmerHale, as well as two other law firms in London and Washington DC, where she focused primarily on corporate and securities matters.

Prior to beginning her graduate studies, Ms. Shah worked for Goldman, Sachs & Co. in Municipal Bond Sales Trading and Private Wealth Management.
