Shane was born and raised in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He graduated from Alfred M. Barbe High School at the age of 17 years old and went on to study Philosophy with a minor in Law, Ethics and Value Theory at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Shane graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He then went on to study and receive his Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School at Union University in Albany New York. Shane is an avid follower of technology and has experience in programming and computer hardware maintenance. Shane is also familiar with Cryptography and how it is used in software applications. Shane currently resides in Lake Charles, Louisiana where he lives with his son and English Bulldog Winston.
