Daphne Higgs joined Faegre & Benson in 2006.

Daphne has extensive experience in the representation of technology companies and users in global and domestic joint ventures, strategic alliances, joint development, technology transfers, in and out licensing, VAR, OEM, systems integration, applications development and maintenance (ADM) outsourcing, supply side/manufacturing outsourcing and intellectual property protection and technology commercialization strategies.

Daphne is also involved in a full range of general corporate legal projects, including private financings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate partnerships.

Daphne has represented clients, ranging from startups to multinational companies, in the software, life science, medical devices, entertainment, semiconductor, electronics, publishing, wireless communications, financial services and internet sectors.

Prior to joining Faegre & Benson, Daphne was associated with the Venture Law Group of Heller Ehrman in Menlo Park, California.
