Attorney James A. Sennett has been in the active practice of law since 1983 and is an AV rated “pre-eminent” attorney, as determined by Martindale-Hubbell, an attorney peer rating system.
Mr. Sennett focuses his legal practice on representation of businesses, business owners, insurance carriers and individuals.
James Sennett has completed nearly 150 jury trials in cases involving business, the rights of business owners, insurance coverage on behalf of both insurance carriers and businesses, wrongful death and catastrophic injuries involving business owners and members of their families, and aviation law, including aircraft collisions and aviation insurance coverage. He has argued many times before courts of appeals. He has twice argued before the Ohio Supreme Court, with successful results in both Supreme Court cases.
James Sennett has been selected to Ohio Super Lawyers 2012. He is a Life Member of the Eighth District Judicial Conference, a biennial conference which includes the entire judiciary operating within Ohio’s Eighth District Court of Appeals and selected attorneys who regularly appear before them. He has a reputation as one of Ohio’s more experienced and successful litigators.
