Daniel R. Seidman is an associate in the Chicago office, licensed in both Illinois and federal court. Mr. Seidman primarily practices in the areas of litigation, workers’ compensation, and international law. Prior to joining the Law Offices, Mr. Seidman was an extern for the Honorable Michael J. Reagan, a federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
Mr. Seidman received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan, where he was an associate editor for the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review. He also participated in the law school’s Reentry Conditions Project, where he worked with the ACLU of Michigan, advocating for the relaxation of unduly harsh parole conditions given to certain parolees who had committed non-violent crimes.
