David J. Seidman has served as counsel in bid protests, claims and proposed debarments. He has also worked closely with clients to develop compliance programs and represented clients in negotiating and drafting federal subcontracts.
Mr. Seidman began his legal career as law clerk to Judge Joseph A. Dugan, Jr. of the Montgomery County Circuit Court in Maryland .
Mr. Seidman is a graduate of University of Wisconsin (B.A. 2001) and the University Baltimore School of Law (J.D. 2005). He served on the Executive Board of the University of Baltimore Journal of Environmental Law. He is presently enrolled in George Washington University Law School 's Masters in Law (LL.M.) program in Government Procurement.
He is the author of Maximizing Termination for Convenience Settlements/ Edition II-Part I, Briefing Papers No. 08-3 (February 2008) and Part II, Briefing Papers No. 08-5 (April 2008); and Tulare County v. George Bush: Courts Place High Burden on Parties Who Challenge the Scope of Presidential Authority, 11 U. BALT. J. ENVTL. L. 245 (2004).
