Mr. Scruggs' practice focuses on civil litigation, with particular emphasis on intellectual property and antitrust disputes. He has represented clients in various industries, including electronics and pharmaceuticals.

Mr. Scruggs is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Mr. Scruggs is also admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Past Experience

Before attending law school, Mr. Scruggs worked for ExxonMobil Chemical Company – first in Baton Rouge, LA as a chemical engineer and then in Houston, TX as a supply planner.
