Michael Screnock is an attorney in the Madison office and a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Drawing from a vast municipal government background, Mr. Screnock's practice focuses primarily on land use, environmental and government and regulatory matters. Mr. Screnock represents clients before state and federal agencies - including US EPA and Wisconsin DNR, the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Government Accountability Board. Mr. Screnock has experience both challenging and defending the validity of government actions. His practice also includes the representation of condemning authorities in condemnation actions and private property owners in property tax assessment challenges.
