Steve Seal’s practice is solely focused on representing patients injured by unsafe pharmaceutical products and medical devices. Steve is experienced in developing and implementing discovery strategies, taking and defending depositions of both expert and fact witnesses, and general motion practice.
Steve received his bachelor’s degree from Reed College in 2001 and his juris doctorate with honors from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2008. After college, Steve spent several years working as a paralegal and playing music in Portland. During law school Steve served on the Lewis & Clark Law Review and co-wrote a chapter on the Oregon state constitution in Interpreting Oregon Law (OSB Legal Pubs 2009). He worked with Williams Love O’Leary & Powers on a contract basis from 2009 until joining the firm as a full time associate in January 2012.
Steve is a proud Guardian of Justice member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers, where he volunteers on the New Lawyer Committee. He also supports the American Association for Justice. When he is not working, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife, drumming with his band, and Crossfit training.
