Robert S. He represents banks and other lending institutions in all aspects of commercial real estate loan transactions from originations to loan modifications and workouts, to foreclosures.

Bob's experience in business formation and governance includes preparation and negotiation of stock and asset purchase agreements, shareholder and operating agreements, employment agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, covenants of non-competition and non-solicitation and management agreements.

Bob is also experienced in the creation of Wills and trusts and other estate planning tools in order to meet his clients' objectives of providing for themselves and loved ones in the most comfortable manner possible, while minimizing or eliminating the expense of probate and estate taxes.
