Michael offers clients an understanding of various legal issues involving plaintiff’s personal injury, commercial and corporate disputes, municipalities,  labor, and criminal law. His expertise includes:

• Representing individuals with personal injuries in state and federal court
• Representing individuals and corporate entities in commercial and corporate disputes in state and federal court
• Representing individuals in criminal courts and protecting their state and federal constitutional and statutory rights
• Litigating Article 78 proceedings involving municipalities and local zoning laws

In addition to our firm, Michael serves as a town justice for the Town of Parma, County of Monroe. He presides over civil matters including small claims, contract, real property, and municipal law; criminal matters including felony preliminary hearings, misdemeanors, and violations; and domestic disputes.

Michael also serves as an Acting City Court Judge in Rochester City Court and presides over sessions of Rochester Teen Court. Michael was appointed a Liaison by the Monroe County Magistrates Association to the supervising judges of the Seventh Judicial District to assist in Improving the operation of town and village courts.
