Clayton Daniel Scott was born in Martin Kentucky and was raised in Paintsville Kentucky. Upon graduating from Paintsville High School Mr. Scott subsequently attended the University of Kentucky where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance in May of 2003. While attending the University of Kentucky, Mr. Scott was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. Following graduation from the University of Kentucky Mr. Scott studied law at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville Kentucky. While attending Florida Coastal School of Law Mr. Scott completed an externship with the Jacksonville Public Defender's office. In May of 2007 Mr. Scott graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law. Subsequent to his graduation from Florida Coastal School of Law, Mr. Scott was admitted to the Kentucky Bar Association in April of 2008.
