Kirk assists the firm in all Foreclosure Defense cases, Litigation, and Employment Law matters. Kirk also has an abundance of experience in Insurance Operations Defense and has managed several regional litigation claims dealing specifically with the Amoco Oil Company. In 2006 Kirk Henson worked alongside the Attorney General in Judicial Reviews and Administrative decisions. He was also tasked with responding to the public on behalf of the Georgia Commissioner to general questions regarding labor and Employment Law.
