Ms. Schwappach practices  in the areas of family  law, traffic violations, and estate planning. She practices primarily in all areas of family law including divorce, modifications of child support, modifications of child custody, administrative child support proceedings, paternity, adoptions, step-parent adoptions, grandparent visitation, adult and minor name changes, and is also a registered Guardian Ad LItem.

Ms. Schwappach received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City in May 2009 and was active in the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law's Child and Family Services Clinic and Guardian ad Litem Clinic, where she represented clients in Family Law matters. Prior to joining Swall, Hutchings & Associates, LLC, Ms. Schwpapach  worked as law clerk to the Honorable Patrick W. Campbell  and Honorable Christine Sill-Rogers of the 16th Judicial Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri – Family Court Division where she gained considerable insight into how judges decide family law matters.
