Schwartz, Scott M.

Megann Senfleben Hendrix is an associate at Becker, Hickey & Poster, S.C. and practices family law, estate planning, and elder law. She received her B.A. from Saint Louis University (2007, magna cum laude) and her J.D. from Marquette University Law School (2010, top 25%).

Megann focused her legal course work on family law, appellate practice and dispute resolution techniques, such as mediation and negotiation. She is a certified family law mediator and a trained collaborative family law professional.

During law school, she was the Associate Justice for National Moot Court Competition on the Moot Court Executive Board. She competed in the Evan A. Evans Constitutional Law Competition, where her team advanced to the Octofinals and Megann was ranked 19th out of 80 competitors in oral arguments. She was also one of 16 students to be invited to compete in the Jenkins Honors Moot Court Competition held at Marquette University Law School.  She now coaches the Marquette teams competing in the Evan A. Evans Constiutional Law Competition, where her teams have won runner-up Best Petitioner's Brief and have advanced to the Octofinals.
