Charles S. Schultz practices in the areas of workers’ compensation, personal injury and general liability. Mr. Schultz tirelessly advocates for his clients at every level of the Maryland judicial system. A skilled trial lawyer with experience in appellate advocacy, jury trials, and administrative hearings, Mr. Schultz has also handled numerous mediations. As an advocate, Mr. Schultz has argued before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals, has trial experience in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, Maryland, and appears several times a week in front of the Workers Compensation Commission. Prior to joining the Thatcher Law Firm, Mr. Schultz was a judicial intern for the Honorable Evelyn Omega Cannon of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
A graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, Mr. Schultz is licensed to practice law before the Court of Appeals of Maryland and the U.S. District Court of Maryland. During law school, he was a member of the Intellectual Property Law Journal. Mr. Schultz graduated Magna Cum Laude from West Virginia University as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society with a major in English and minor in Philosophy.
