R. Kenneth Helms, Jr. is a partner in the law firm of Caldwell Helder Helms & Robison, PA. He joined the firm in 1988 where his practice involves personal injury, construction litigation, transactions in residential and commercial real estate and workers compensation.

Ken has and/or currently represents clients in all levels of North Carolina State Trial Courts, the NC Industrial Commission, the NC Court of Appeals and the NC Supreme Court, US District Court for the western and eastern districts of NC.

Ken is a member and deacon at Benton's Crossroads Baptist Church. He is a native of Union County and resides in Unionville with his wife, Martha and 3 children.
