Randi Schnell represents both plaintiffs and defendants in trial and appellate litigation and alternative dispute resolution in cases involving breach of contract, intellectual property, business torts, and financial institutions litigation. She is also a certified mediator who is a Registered Neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.
Randi graduated from Northwestern University in 1988 (with distinction), and from Emory University School of Law in 1991 (with distinction). While at Emory, Randi earned the Order of the Coif and served as Executive Articles Editor for the Emory Law Journal.
Prior to joining the firm, Randi served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jack T. Camp, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, (1991-1993). Randi also spent one year as an associate in Pepper Hamilton LLP's Philadelphia office, where she worked in the health effects litigation practice group.
Randi served as an adjunct professor at Emory University School of Law where she taught legal research, writing and analysis. Recently, Randi was recognized as a Rising Star by other leading lawyers throughout Georgia, indicating a place among the top 2.5% of Georgia Lawyers under the age of forty.
