Thomas Schrack joined McQuaide Blasko after spending several years practicing in Eastern Pennsylvania. Mr. Schrack's practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions, leasing, and financing. A significant part of his practice is also devoted to business counseling, including formation and governance matters, acquisitions and dispositions of business interests, and structuring business transactions. In addition, he has represented several municipal authorities in planning, governance, financing, and transactional matters. He also advises clients in oil and gas transactions. He received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. At Villanova, he served as Editor in Chief of the Villanova Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. He also holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University Beasley School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from The Pennsylvania State University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and the New Jersey Bar. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Centre County Bar Associations.
