Schowalter, Brian K.

Tedman J. Heim, a native of Rochester, Minnesota, is a graduate of the University of Minnesota where he earned a B.A. in History and Political Science. He attended and received his Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law.

Mr. Heim has been practicing law in Olmsted County since 1999. Mr. Heim is a member of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association, Minnesota State Bar Association and Olmsted County Bar Association. Mr. Heim has also been a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Heim currently practices primarily in the areas of criminal defense law, personal injury law, civil litigation, civil commitments, conservatorships and guardianships.

After graduating law school, Mr. Heim was the law clerk for the Chief Judge of the First Judicial District, the Honorable Leslie Metzen. Previous employment also includes both the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General and the Office of the U.S. Attorney - District of Minnesota.
