Dr. He is a registered Patent Agent who specializes in patent prosecution. Prior to joining Lathrop & Gage LLP, Dr. He was a patent agent in one of the national leading intellectual property law firms in Denver office where her extensive experiences included drafting patent applications, responses, and foreign associate instructions. She has drafted over 40 patent applications in diverse technologies including semiconductor, laser, renewable energy, and network system technologies. In addition, she has responded to over 100 Office Actions in technologies including microelectromechanical systems, telecommunications, medical and mechanical devices, data storage, and business methods.
Dr. He's industry experience includes over 10 years as senior engineer positions, overseeing the design, improvement and performance of advanced data storage systems.
