Kristen V. Schlereth received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Ms. Schlereth then went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law. Immediately following the completion of her J.D. she was admitted to The Florida Bar.Ms. Schlereth started her career in law by working as a legal assistant in the state of North Carolina. She spent much of her time working on creditor bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings. After she completed law school, she went on to work for a small civil litigation firm where she handled all aspects of her cases including drafting complaints and discovery as well as representing her clients in hearings, depositions, and mediations.
Kristen Schlereth is a Senior Attorney at KEL and director of the firm's mediation department. At the firm, she spends a great deal of her time defending residential foreclosures. She is committed to providing the firm's clients with the solutions they need to stop foreclosure on their homes and regain control of their finances.
