Shelley Hebert's practice encompasses all areas of labor and employment. She represents employers before administrative agencies and state and federal courts in matters arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, the National Labor Relations Act, and state wage and hour and retaliatory discharge laws. Her litigation experience ranges from single plaintiff employment cases to large class actions. She additionally represents employers in labor arbitration proceedings and counsels management on a variety of labor and employment issues, including union organizing activity.
